@jess@onemedical Did you do this today? (I sent a message about my excruciating toothache this morning and my need for antibiotics because the procedure isn't scheduled until Thursday and it said they'd get back to me within 2 days.)
First time using @onemedical for a video-chat medical consult. They connected me within 5 minutes of requesting an appt. It's of course an obvious way to implement telemedicine but I've rarely seen it done well (from a customer / patient experience point of view).
