It seems to me that GP practices insist on NHS app because that is policy. If u cant use an app then tough. They dont recognise the Equalities Act 2010 but they are going to learn they have to. Stop using apps. Demand your right to alternative methods of communicating.

I sat in a workshop yesterday designing a whole new system to look after 1200 people or so (across a County) who are high service users and using 2 hours/year of their GP. It's madness. Just fund primary care properly. And I say that as a UCR doctor & EM consultant.

@bbcradiowwales re corridor care. The blame for this must go on the number crunchers who over the years have miscounted or redefined the use of beds so bed numbers have fallen. Not helped when hospitals had to stop mixed sex bays on wards, which further reduced bed numbers.
