A friend's son died 10 years ago. Today he would be 18. He would have graduated high school this month with all his friends. These days are terribly difficult for parents. Kind gestures & comforting words are what they need on such milestone days. Don't forget them. #child #loss

So I tell the Dr that I'm having problems with my depression & anxiety again...his response was "you will do you're a naturally anxious person" 🙄

Overcoming cruelty is different for every individual. Some can't wait to get outside again after so many years in a cage. Others are fearful of the unknown. For blind moon bear Mai, daring to step outside is proving a huge challenge, but she'll get all the time she needs.
