He narrows his eyes.
"Can't say it works well." He admits, "Not for making friends, at least."

He glances between him and the table. The way he's leaning.
"I thought you were gonna fall, is all."
He's still not convinced that he won't.

@RadiatedEngine Dow rushes to try and support him, brows furrowed with worry.
"Pretty sure radiation doesn't care how you're built." He mutters.
He stops just short of touching him, noting how he catches himself. He still stays at the ready just in case.

"Guess I'm just built different." A shrug as he moves to stand, nearly falling over. He quickly places a hand on the table though, acting like he was just going to lean on it.

"Most people would have let that stop them, I think." He points out. "But I guess the COI probably wouldn't take kindly to it anyways."
He starts cleaning up the spot he had been eating at, meticulously ensuring there are no crumbs on the table.

"Alright? You're telling me he survived that?"
His voice cracks, and his hand immediately flies to the scar at his throat, massaging it self-consciously.

There's a long pause before he responds. He couldn't argue that it wasn't. After all, he /knows/ there's /things/ down there. But he also didn't care for the convict.

He dusts himself off a bit, straightening his glasses.
