@hdwmovies the “oh really, you’re cold?” that immediately follows is lowkey even better

@obama_llama_fur @DiscussingFilm Coke just has better (insert anything); Regal changing to Pepsi was a travesty
English

@dpalm34 @DiscussingFilm Coke just has better advertising
English

@MoodyKnowsNada My friend sent me this and the overly-happy acting was so bad I kept waiting for a 9/11 joke or something dark, I’m actually upset I watched so much
English

@DogeRomeo @MambaArchives “Bum roster” and it’s peak Ron Artest, Andrew Bynum, and Derek Fisher. They were favored in every series and Boston’s Big 3 were all pushing 35 at that point. I love Kobe but it was a typical title run
English

@MambaArchives Kobe 2010 …. With a bum roster.
All role players , except for Pau., great player, but not a superstar ……. Not 1 superstar other than Kobe on that team and they beat Boston with 4 hall of famers
English

@MambaArchives Dirk’s ‘11 Mavs went through a very good Portland team, swept the defending champ Lakers (including winning G4 by nearly 40), beat the Thunder (who had 4 All-Stars, including KD and Westbrook) then came back from down 2-1 to beat the Miami Big 3 in six games; it’s by far the best

Turns out they had beef during Breaking Bad cuz James kept asking Anna to get him in touch with Vince to pitch his ideas but she never did
Pェssmaker@PSSMKR
Kinda weird how James Gunn ignores his other actor sibling Anna Gunn but puts Sean in everything
English

@regularaugust I think WB legally (or pretty close to) had to do that since Universal owns their own Mummy franchise, similar to Lee Daniel’s The Butler or GDT’s Pinnochio since films with those titles already exist from other studios

Patton Oswalt says he saw 117 movies in the theatre last year. #CinemaCon

@robertdorazi @TheCinesthetic Bragging about not having media literacy is crazy
English

@TheCinesthetic I remember the crazy hype, then seeing the movie and thinking "what a piece of junk !"
It was basically a useless 2h30 long advertising for the Kidman/Cruise couple.
English

@TheCinesthetic Even funnier when you know they filmed a scene of Pacino doing a line right before this but it was cut, so Pacino just seems wired and crazy for no reason
English

The fact that Al Pacino improvised it and Hank Azaria’s reactions are real makes it even funnier.
cinesthetic.@TheCinesthetic
What’s the funniest scene in a serious film?
English

@SAziraCrow14 @TylerCWhitmore I think they’re all pretty close to same quality, but I just love the propaganda war of Part 1 (“and if you’re killed?”
“make sure you get it on camera”)
English

@dpalm34 @TylerCWhitmore Always felt alone in this but Mockingjay part 1 moved me in ways I still cannot describe compared to the others and I don’t know why, but it is what it is
English

@GentleDoofus At least BoRap he had a valid excuse (having to combine two different director’s footage on a rushed schedule) and he owned up to it being a poorly-edited film (hilarious considering he won the Oscar).
Michael just looks like spooned coworker slop (which has its place, just sad)
English

What the hell happened to John Ottman? THE USUAL SUSPECTS and X2 are generally well-edited movies. This and BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY look insane.
The Hollywood Handle@HollywoodHandle
The “Billie Jean” clip from the ‘MICHAEL’ movie has been released. In theaters on April 23.
English

This only applies to Mark Wahlberg here. Maybe Joaquin Phoenix too but Joker makes it arguable.
-DDL’s best is My Left Foot
-Philip Seymour Hoffman’s best is Capote
-Leo’s best is The Aviator

If an actor has been in a pta film, they have probably given their best ever work in it
