Attorney, fitness, NFL Fan, movie buff. Opinions are my own. A retweet is not necessarily an endorsement. Coffee is for closers. #FONZ

@DavidFischer Incredible looking game for the time. And easily the game I advanced in the least. Ate my quarters.

@scarylawyerguy Abe Fortas’s clerks once entered Fortas’s office and he had maps of Vietnam sprawled out. And was on the phone advising LBJ about the war.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart has broken the record for most NFL jerseys sold in 24 hours, with roughly 277,000 jerseys sold. This comes days after introducing President Donald Trump at a rally in New York.

So Jaxson Dart gets to publicly express his political beliefs, but Abdul Carter doesn’t? If this is about locker room sanctity and leadership, is it a good idea for the face of the franchise to attend a political rally for a president that is considered to be hugely divisive?
Lawrence Tynes@lt4kicks

The locker room is a sacred place because it brings together everyone from all walks of life and beliefs for one common goal. Calling a teammate out publicly for his political views and to get attention is nasty work.

Wealthy white guy who benefitted directly from primarily black men manning the most dangerous positions so he could make millions kicking a football has no problem with white QB backing a racist, fascist, criminal scumbag but the black guy is the problem. MAGA is systemic racism

@tuckahoetommy Touché. I’m surprised Pataki would care. He wasn’t running for the senate. And as I recall he faced some competition from a western NYer in 2002.

@realJeremyCarl I understand your point but I think it’s a bit unfair. Carson is the all time king. I’d be more interested in the viewing numbers of the final show of some other late night hosts

When the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson signed off in 1992, 55 Million of America's 250 Million people watched. (More than 1 in 5 Americans) Stephen Colbert's final show drew 6.7 Million out of 342 Million Americans (less than 2%) That's the difference between being an American institution and preaching to a small and dying liberal choir.
