Just did a ridiculously crazy thing and booked a holiday cottage near Whitby for 2wks in Jan 2021. It's right near the beach and there's a wood behind, and it looks so beautiful. The kind of place you can just read all day & stare at the sea. I haven't been on holiday for 10+ yrs

Sensitive, compassionate , but always prioritising others, their own needs unmet in systems which exploit their altruism = Burnout
