Hi, I’m Kate, an ST2 paediatric trainee and NI PEAR’s new Paediatric Guideline Lead. Trainees are in a strong position to develop regional guidelines, so all NI children receive the highest level of care. I’m excited to help trainees of all levels to get involved in this process!
