I have been informed by NBC that I won’t be back with FNIA this fall and it has given me time to reflect and also to look ahead.    It’s disappointing  news but I want to thank my NBC family for making the last 17 years so special.  I’ll have lasting memories of my time there, especially with Rodney Harrison who has become a tremendous friend.   God has always directed me in these moments and while I’m not sure what the next step will be for me—whether it will be in football, in broadcasting, or getting more involved in church and community outreach —I know God has plans for my life and I can’t wait see them unfold. And I am reminded of one of my favorite verses in the Bible-Romans 8:28. “God works all things for His good for those who love the Lord.”

Keaton raced against some of the best sprinters in the state today and held his own. Every meet he gets more comfortable running without a football……ran a 10.99 this week. @keatonkj6

Fastest kid in the county…..Keaton took home the 100 Meter gold in the Madison County Track Championship Meet!

Keaton took home the gold in the 100, 200, and 4x100 relay at Mt. Vernon last night.

So proud of Keaton….it was just announced that he was named All-State!!!

When I try to come up with the words to describe the season that ended Friday night, all I keep coming back to is………man I loved watching this kid run. Congratulations to Keaton and all the Arabians on a season to be proud of.

Keaton ran for 191 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Arabians took down #8 ranked Greenfield-Central in the sectional semifinal. Bring on #1 ranked New Pal next week!!!! @keatonkj6
