Every frontier lab in the world can use it. 3. On the preview release page, DeepSeek closed with a classical Chinese line: 不诱于誉，不恐于诽，率道而行，端然正己. It means: Unmoved by praise, unshaken by slander, follow the right path, and keep oneself upright. They also wrote: We will always uphold the principle of long-termism. Finally, as DeepSeek researcher Deli Chen wrote when sharing the V4 release: "We humbly share our labor of love. AGI belongs to everyone. ❤️🌍"
