Q3. Criteria for their identification. While some volunteered to go for the govt scholarship some of the doctors were coerced into the program. At Kenya School of Government they were forced to sign documents which were later confiscated. #BringBackOurDoctors

They dont have a medical cover meaning if one is sick you have to use your meagre USD 360 to pay for your medical expenses. I wont delve much on what the Cubans in Kenya are enjoying. 194.4 Million. #BringBackOurDoctors

Q2. Remuneration. It is true that 20% of their salary should be deducted due to foreign study. Hence their monthly salary payable is 80%. A reduction in pay. They are entitled to USD 1440. They have been receiving USD 360. #BringBackOurDoctors

Annex 1 was meant to be the Memorandum of Understanding between the Cuban and Kenyan government. It's unfortunate that the document is still classified as highly confidential yet its involved the issues surrounding our doctors. #BringBackOurDoctors
