@RegionsBank and said he needed to make sure I was who I said I was. The customer service at Regions Bank Flower mound Texas is subpar for African Americans. There were people in the bank and he could have placed me in harms way walking to my car

@RegionsBank I entered the Flower Mound Texas location today to make a deposit & withdrawal. the teller asked me from across the room my social security number. I asked him why because he had my drivers license. He then yelled the amount Of my transaction

@RegionsBank Unbelievable how the customer service is always subpar for the marginalized population until they enter your information and see you have a substantial amount of money in their financial institution.
