@EckhartAurelius @ChrisAlvino I think nomadic groups of the past who had more free time than modern humans would kill themselves if thrust into the modern lifestyle of being stuck in a cubicle with little access to fresh air and sunlight for most of your life.

I did this once as a small child. I wanted to extend the lifespan of the butterfly by removing its wings to make it a caterpillar. I was wracked by guilt after my parents explained the futility of my efforts.

@OrevaZSN I completely agree. I worked in an office job in a sales role. It was a miserable job. M-F 8-5 non-stop cold calls and managing leads. In the nicest part of the year and we are stuck inside ALL THE TIME. It is INSANE.

It’s annoying that we realize children need a summer break and several vacations a year because they attend school, but we think it makes sense for adults to work 40 hours a week all year and probably get 2–3 weeks off in a whole year if you’re lucky.

@Tsukikira51 @Rinne_yt How is it fraud tho??? It’s not including sexual favors, and it’s under the pretenses of “date with idol.” The price and services are up front which is legal. If she tricked him into a real relationship where she extorted money out of him it’s fraud.

@drabterzo @Rinne_yt It's a public accusation, and yeah, I would be upset to. I mean, I'm not an idiot who pays 4,000$ for a date, but I don't know how many months of leading on are involved. But if the bodyguard is married to the Idol, then she would be legally liable for Fraud.

@MelaninMugen @Rinne_yt If the company didn’t assign her a bodyguard for the event then that’s on them. He didn’t claim to work for the security company.

@drabterzo @Rinne_yt I don’t know Japan but you do realize that puts her and that idol group/company in serious legal trouble right? She can’t chose who to be her bodyguard but the security company and idol company does. They are aware that was her husband or she and he never disclosed that info

@drabterzo @Rinne_yt Yeah no that’s not how professional security works. Assuming Japan had similar laws and standards about security like USA this is problematic for not only her but the idol group, idol company, and the security company that allowed it

@drabterzo @Rinne_yt No, actually, that's a major lawsuit waiting to happen. Like you can pay for a date, sure. But if the Date was happening due to Fraud, and arranged via the company, the Company has legal risk involved. No one pays 4,000$ for a date to be told that 'actually, married'
