Platini is top notch as usual with his incredible stats. He is two footed and has all the needed skills to have on a card. Only needs Fighting Spirit to make him complete really or whatever other skill you want to toss onto him. Donadoni is also very good as well. He has all the skills you need on a CMF with amazing stats of course but he isn’t two footed like Platini. Just need to give him Fighting Spirit so he can deal with high pressure better. Albertini looks nice. He is needing Blocker, Man Marking, and Aerial Superiority for his player skills. Shame that he doesn’t have Long Reach Tackle though. You can also give him Low Lofted Pass for any Capello/Kovac link ups if you fancy that. Overall this pack is good value but at this rate I am just waiting for R9 and Henry to arrive already so I can have my fun with them. My midfield is already complete and the only way I could really make my midfield better is if I were to go for mini Gullits like Loftus Cheek or Nico O Reilly if they ever get showtime cards. Also most of these packs are going to be automatically top tier seeing how most of these cards have incredible stats which just gives me the thought that a reset might be coming soon. Who knows 🤷‍♂️

Varane is top tier with the best combination of player skills you can get but the major issue with him is that his Stamina will be a big nuisance. I didn’t realize how bad his stamina was until I compared him with Big Time Araujo, Aerial Fort and Long Reach Tackle Saliba and Rio Ferdinand and it’s shocking how bad Varanes stamina is compared to your usual top tier defenders You can make his stamina good if you go for a 10 Dexterity, 11 Lower Body Strength, 9 Aerial Strength, and 7 Defending build but then his Aggression would be 85 assuming you are using Capello and ideally you want your CBs to be as aggressive as possible when defending and not letting your opponent have space to shoot easily 🤷‍♂️ Having a backup CB as a sub would be ideal if you want Varane Rafa is the worst one here. He has the ultimate Trust Me Bro skill. His card is really good of course but we are at the point where the skills really matter and only having Fortress is not cutting it unfortunately. You need that Long Reach Tackle or Aerial Fort in my opinion 🤷‍♂️ van Bronckhorst looks really good for an Offensive Fullback. He has Phenomenal Pass and Long Reach Tackle which is very unique for a fullback. He might feel clunky on the ball since his dribbling stats is not the best but he can be built with 92 physical contact and 85 balance whilst also having 88 low and lofted pass (assuming you use Capello). Makéléle doesn’t even have Long Reach Tackle. So underwhelming. You can’t build Owen like a bully. His stamina isn’t the best. He lacks so many important skills and with how difficult it is to get the important skills without utilizing Player Fusion he just isn’t worth it plus he doesn’t have good curl stats which is important for a striker. McManaman is decent but lacks that Offensive Awareness and is lacking slightly in the Stamina department. He can be built like a slight bully man. If he had Phenomenal Pass he might be worth spinning for 🤷‍♂️ 100% Skip this pack and save your coins.
