Three teenagers avoid jail after raping two girls in Hampshire. Two girls were raped in two separate incidents in Fordingbridge, with the first attack taking place on 26 November 2024 and the second on 17 January 2025. Judge Nicholas Rowland explained his sentence, stating "I should avoid criminalising these children unnecessarily and understand the effects of their behaviour and support their reintegration into society." He added that "peer pressure played a large part in what went on". One of the victims, who was 15 when she was raped, read her victim impact statement at the sentencing. "I will never get that innocence back again… All I want to do is die, I no longer have fear for when that comes,” she said. Two of the rapists were sentence to three years in a youth rehabilitation order, while the third received 18 months.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the “Teddy Bridgewater Act” into law on Friday, per @AP, meaning high school coaches in the state will now be able to use their own money to help their players with expenses such as food, transportation, physical therapy and rehabilitation services.

We’ve raised a few generations to falsely believe that you can have thriving families and children outside of marriage. Research confirms that this is a myth.
