At Lathyrus, we believe in creating clarity and independence for our students. We put together a flow chart for the community so each and every person has a clear roadmap for what to look for, remove any guessing games and make trading easier. But instead of keeping this exclusive to Lathyrus, we decided to post it to the public. We hope this helps those that are struggling. Thread 🧵

This is the exact reason your universal sequences keep failing, you're entering before a higher timeframe gap and higher timeframe opening, which means you're fighting the structure instead of working with it.
Use this as the blueprint, wait for the HTF opening, align with it, and position yourself within the highest timeframe gap. Lock that in and the sequences start working in your favor.

Most traders react to highs and lows that don't matter.
A relevant swing stands alone:
Nothing in close proximity beyond it
Not inside the OTE of the range below
The only level price has reason to reach
If it clusters with nearby swings ... noise. If price already pulled into it , used.
Map the relevant ones. Ignore the rest.

How to profile a trading day
Always get intraday direction.
Every trading day fits into one of four profiles.
Knowing the profiles and when to trade them is key
Here are the four profiles and when to trade them
Chapter 2 of The Essence Series.

only trade when the daily is obvious,
and your bias will be more consistent
only execute once a daily profile aligns,
and you will have real confirmation
only focus on the early new york session,
and you will capture more expansions
only enter in the continuation,
and you will get stopped less
only risk what you can afford to lose,
and any losses will be controlled
do all these things together,
and you will move the odds in your favor
this is the foundation of my system
