As much as some of you want to believe that, your actions are not the center of the world, and global markets definitely don’t revolve around kpop. There are much bigger factors at play. Ongoing geopolitical tensions and armed conflicts, especially in key regions for energy production and distribution, are impacting oil and natural gas supply. These are core commodities that affect prices, inflation and entire economies. That leads to uncertainty, volatility and downward pressure on markets. Now about the document. It refers to the 2025 fiscal year, and there are a few things that need to be clear. HYBE is a publicly listed company, and as such, it is legally required under international standards to publish financial reports on a regular basis. This is not a leak or some hidden villain masterplan, it’s a publicly available document. As for scarcity, it’s a basic economic concept tied to supply, demand and pricing. It has always been used to influence value and consumer behavior. In kpop, you see it in things like fancalls, where limited slots push people to buy more for a chance, or in exclusive memberships that give access to extra content and perks.
