🦩I normally never do this, but as someone who has had writing as an occupation for over 10 years, let's give it a shot. Today's topics: @thebeaksart & @DKashtalyan 😄 Normally, I'd be writing about how good I find the art or how excited I am for the mint. Not this time. Let's take a step back and review what the project is really about (or so I think): Flamingo's 🦩 Here are a few facts about Flamingo's (no, I didn't Google this nor ask AI): - Flamingos get their Pinkish color from their food - if they don't eat food that contains beta-carotenes, they stay white! - They produce milk! (yes its bright red!) - They sleep and rest on one leg! - The average lifespan of a Flamingo is between 20 and 30 years in the wild (so much for averages, come on). In captivity, some even live beyond the age of 50! - They are incredibly fast flyers, at around 75 KM/H! - They are the inspiration for @thebeaksart. I think. THE BEAKS The art style is insanely unique, a clean blend of surrealism, vintage fashion, and detailed stippling textures. Every piece feels elegant while still keeping that weird exotic energy that makes collections memorable. The colors pop hard, the characters are super recognizable, and the whole aesthetic feels very PFP able. What makes this even crazier for me is that I had an AMA with @MartKAD a while back, and he mentioned this project super early , before the account even existed publicly. Ever since then, I’ve been keeping an eye. Now seeing how much hype the project has built feels kinda insane. The growth has been organic, the community looks strong, and @DKashtalyan clearly knows how to build both art and culture around a project. Definitely one of the strongest upcoming cooks on ETH right now.
