𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗡: 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬 Victor Davis Hanson just delivered one of the sharpest analytical pieces he's ever done — and it starts with a declaration: the Democratic Party as America knew it for 50 to 100 years is gone. What replaced it is not a center-left coalition. It is, in his words, a full-blown socialist revolutionary party. And the people actually running it are not Chuck Schumer or Hakeem Jeffries. They are Jasmine Crockett, James Talarico, Zohran Mamdani, Elizabeth Warren, and Bernie Sanders. The ideology is Marxist at its core — a binary world divided into oppressors and oppressed, with the Democratic Party positioned as the enforcer of mandatory equality of result through radical taxation, open borders, and the dismantling of legal standards. You can see it in no cash bail. You can see it in sanctuary cities. You can see it in the Mamdani administration's day-one revocation of antisemitism enforcement in New York. How did the party of Harry Truman and JFK become this? VDH lays it out in two words: open borders and globalization. Open borders delivered 53 million foreign-born residents — the largest in American history. Globalization created two Americas: the coastal elite whose audience expanded to seven billion global customers, and the manufacturing and mining class that was outsourced offshore. The Democratic Party chose the coastal elite and the recent immigrant, and abandoned the white working class entirely — not just abandoned them, but created a vocabulary of contempt for them. Clingers. Deplorables. Irredeemables. Chumps. Garbage. Peter Strzok texting about them smelling up Walmart. VDH makes a point that deserves to be amplified: the wealthiest ethnic minority in America today is Indian Americans. Mamdani — who talks constantly about racial equity — is himself a multimillionaire whose parents are multimillionaires. The Marxist oppressor/oppressed binary doesn't survive contact with actual demographic data. And the old Democratic Party? The 1992 Clinton agenda — closed borders, legal-only immigration, strong unions, juvenile criminals tried as adults, balanced budgets, strong national defense — is essentially the Republican platform today. Any Democrat who espoused those views now would be called a heretic. The result is a party shaped like a dumbbell: vast globalized wealth at the top, a mass base of poor recent arrivals at the bottom, and nothing in the middle. If this baby can be aborted and then it called “healthcare,” why is it suddenly “murder” if someone kills that same baby the day after birth? At what exact second does a human life gain the right to exist? Be brutally honest.

Canada is enjoying their diversity as they decline into a 3rd world country. Canada literally has the worst economic performance of any developed country since Trudeau was elected. Carney has changed nothing, same policies. Most of the talented White Canadians are trying to move to the USA. They have given up on Canada. It is estimated that 40% of the top 1% have left Canada. They are being replaced by 3rd world migrants with an average IQ of 70 (below the retarded level).

I just saw the much talked about film “Project Hail Mary.” It's very entertaining and uplifting and features a fine performance from Ryan Gosling. But what most intrigued me were the powerful Christian themes at play in it. The title, of course, refers to the Hail Mary pass in football, since the adventure undertaken is a fairly desperate attempt to save the planet. But it also becomes eminently clear that the reference is not just to football but to the Blessed Mother herself, for the Gosling character is undoubtedly a Christ-figure. I don't want to give away too much of the plot, but it involves a willingness to sacrifice one's life utterly in order to deliver the entire human race from disaster. It is, of course, no accident that Gosling's character is called Ryland Grace, for throughout the movie, his presence and actions constitute undeserved favor to others. A particularly intriguing character in the film is a sober German scientist who relentlessly presses Grace to make the supreme sacrifice, even when he is unwilling. She represented for me the great moral demand that presses upon us throughout our lives, continually summoning us to self-gift. A last observation: Jesus had a second in command whom he called Peter (the Rock); Ryland Grace has a very unusual sidekick whom he calls “Rocky.” I'll leave it at that. I know lots of people say that Christianity is in irreversible decline and that we are inhabiting, at least in the West, a post-Christian society. I'm not so sure. Like it or not, we remain a Christ-haunted culture—and a film like “Project Hail Mary” makes this clear.
