Thanks @chilternrailway for substituting the usual nice train out of Marylebone (637 for Stourbridge) for an absolute piece of rubbish, with no air con, no ability to get down the aisles, and graffiti everywhere - I travel with you a lot - this is not fit for purpose #sweaty

@drboogiejazz @chilternrailway The irony being they swapped our platform from one that had a brand new train on platform 2 (which clearly had a fault too) to the fun bus on platform 1.

@drboogiejazz @chilternrailway But they purchased a ton of new trains! That we still haven't seen. Don't forget they have fewer seats than the old ones. We might see them in December. Maybe. Until then, us peasants must be thankful for the shitboxes we currently have

@chilternrailway @dwightburden I can help! There don’t appear to be any five digit numbers - but we are on whatever train you sent for the 6.37pm out of Marylebone to stourbridge, and we are between the B1 and C1 doors, and I support what has been reported - you know about this! See this video!

@chilternrailway the air con on the (delayed) 1837 to Stourbridge has just sprung a big leak and soaked me and the three people around me. You must have know this was an issue because two seats up are covered with plastic covers.

@dwightburden @chilternrailway Agreed!Disgusting!My first thought was at least from where it’s coming from it can’t be urine, then next I thought at least it’s water - but then I thought hang on, couldn’t it potentially be chemicals? And worse still; it’s coming through an air on vent behind which is electric!

@chilternrailway Thanks - I will; but I would have thought you should make it easier than that - tell me I’ll get my refund for this journey - 84 quid to be in a cattle van, sweating and in a foul mood, unable to get to the toilet properly - it’s not good enough.
