My top tips to replace #seedoils!! Macadamia nut oil is a #nutrition staple in my kitchen, with a high smoke point perfect for sauteeing & a seriously buttery and delicious flavor. A high smoke point means it keeps monosaturated fats intact, which gets lost when using olive oil.
