Had a first therapy session last night. I wish I’d done it years ago. I read something on here a few days ago that therapy isn’t about admitting weakness but about loving yourself enough to seek support. That’s 💯. If you’ve been thinking of it, stop thinking and book it in.

I spent 16 days in quarantine in the UAE. I’ve spent another 14 in SA after that. Another 3 weeks is not that long. You get used to it.
