honestly that’s the better demo outcome anyway. once someone pushes back, you get the real objection instead of the polite fake one. I’m starting to think the best products solve the painful workflow first and let the AI stay in the background. same reason I frame Recallr around recall/resurfacing, not “AI memory.”

Yesterday I did a demo for my SAAS 30 mins in I show him the AI capabilities and he says: “That’s cool and all but I am passionately against AI, I have written articles about it”. I smiled and said okay, let’s talk about it. The next 30 minutes we went back and forth sharing view points and use cases. Now, he is looking forward to the next version of my software and may be integrating it. I learned more in this meeting about the industry I working for than any meeting yet, even though the owner hated Ai.
