I got 7th at Garden Brawl beating totallybutts, bigbuffalo, yokainels, shoelegend and seven, losing to kevbot and young neil. I left Ohio on Friday at 10 pm with blesse to drive 6 and a half hours to new jersey, played in the tourney, and drove back. 14/33 hours driving. Kill me

Surgery successful - the falcon man is still alive - would appreciate support since I paid everything out of pocket. Most importantly I surpassed my panic attacks and somehow got through it. Please stay healthy everyone and take care of your loved ones ❤️

@OhgirlNC There were both at a gamestop. There were probably other melee players that went. But due to using a nun-chuck and wiimote, and items and jank stages, I don't think many made the final rounds. I just remember it was a free for all for the finals and everyone went Ike lol.

@Drephen Do you recall where your regional was and if any other prominent players were there? Or any that you can remember?

Does anyone have any info on the National GameStop Brawl release tournament? Back in 2008 a bunch of GameStops had a tourney at the midnight release and if you won lead into a series of events that eventually crowned a winner which I'm pretty sure was Lee Martin?

Not going to say anything controversial this year, all I want is for people to keep playing Melee. My dreams aren't as vivid as they once were. But that doesn't mean that they are colorless or filled with regret. The next generation of players will be remarkable and I can't wait.

After nearly a year of using Replay Manager, our scene has become very good about reporting their sets without any hassle for the TOs. Additionally, this lets us get VODs up next day for EVERY SET PLAYED at the local, accessible thru the bracket and YouTube.

I wish I got to talk about melee with Ash. The memories you make and the moments you have really are invaluable. I'm thankful for all that I have been given up to this point and I urge everyone to be kind to one another.

Really hope that person in the venue is okay. I'm really proud of all the Smashers turning off all the crts. In case that is what caused this incident Everyone acted quickly and got help, and Kalahari responded fast and did their job.

@SuperSmashCon I understand that changes do happen, but it takes A LOT for me to go to tournaments nowadays. A lot of mine and other's time and effort. I will have a hard time believing that this decision was made when the Supernova dates were announced.I never asked to be a part of a PR stunt.
