@AdamMeakins That being said, I respect your perspective. It’s easy for physios to become entrenched in their beliefs, and we dig in when something like this happens. I often have to check my biases. I believe that we’re all ultimately chasing the same thing—what’s best for our clients.

@AdamMeakins It’s obviously an unfortunately situation, but an adverse event such as pneumothorax is exceedingly rare. I’m very methodical about tracking both objective and subjective outcomes in my patient care, and I would discontinue its use if I stopped seeing meaningful change.
