@NikhilShahMD @javadm20 I am certain this would work in Abbott devices as well. Can program SVT discrimination to “ventricular only” instead of dual chamber with all SVT discriminators off. Programming pacing to AAIR would allow LBBAP only

@javadm20 I talked to my Abbott rep about trying this to use a dual chamber device instead of plugging the atrial part on a CRT can. He could not guarantee me that we would not have issues with sensing tachy therapies. How did you program the device for this?

LBBAP CRT and AVJ ablation in a pt. With permanent AF and very large LA( > 6 cm) and LVEF: 20% ! DR ICD ( DF4) ! CSP lead connected to A! #Epeeps
