Don’t necessarily prefer Carels over Verhoeff or Reid as prospects but him being a left handed D is a better fit for the Flames, could see him being the perfect partner for Parekh

Viggo Björck has joined Carson Carels as my favourite selection for the Flames if they miss out on the Big Two
He's an incredibly smart and hardworking centre who is a tremendous offensive talent thanks to his puck skills and ability to play with pace

An S-Tier QMJHL guy in Zonnon and now an S-Tier WHL guy in Kindel…
There are certainly size concerns amongst other translatability questions here but Benjamin Kindel was hands down one of the most impactful players in the WHL last year

Now I haven’t gone through & actually checked if this is the case but early signs are that the #Flames have the best prospect pool per our model
Luke Misa is another player who’s absolutely torched his league in 24/25

#Flames Henry Mews does a great job of representing the depth of CGYs prospect pool
He’s the lowest grade we’ve released so far of any Flames prospect & even then he was very effective for the 67’s
I have my personal doubts but his on ice impacts & results speak for themselves
