@rgergelymd The medical system exists for but one reason—serve the patient. The quicker all of medicine remembers that the better. Medicine is best served local.

The President is passionately advocating for a groundbreaking plan to decentralize medical records, empowering patients to take ownership and control of their own data. A recent poll shows that an overwhelming 72.6% of Americans are in favor of this vital change. With @CMSGov and @Droz at the forefront, and @AmyGleason47 tasked with executing the President's vision, we have the opportunity for real transformation. Yet, the entrenched electronic health record (EHR) industry is clinging to the status quo, resisting progress. They are misusing Amy's position to undermine the President's initiative by pushing new gadgets while keeping the centralized system intact—this directly opposes the intended policy. This is a clear manifestation of the deep state working against the interests of the American people! @POTUS @SusieWiles47 @Scavino47 @SecKennedy .

At SITC last November we presented a case of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma treated with PEF ablation plus intratumoral immunotherapy. Full response, no toxicity. Our paper in next month's Journal of Immunotherapy reports the same approach in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Two of three patients with durable responses, one at 3.5 years post with a complete radiologic response. Tumor thrombus regressed. No high-grade toxicities. The platform is reproducing across tumor types. With Dr. Nathan Goodyear and the WCI team.

Visibility without access isn’t enough. The immune system must recognize AND reach the tumor.

Increasing tumor mutations can make cancer more visible to the immune system—but only if immune cells can reach it. Reference: MAYA trial findings on MSS colorectal cancer

More immune cells + better access = better outcomes. Cancer treatment is not just about killing cells—it’s about enabling the immune system.
