@DRHorton your warranty team sucks. The vendor was sent out 4 times during warranty and both vendor and warranty management repeatedly said the issue is with grading and nothing can be done. They passed time until warranty ended . Shame on you , escalate to senior management

Remember that the Corporate Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that you signed and to which Horton’s Federally-filed documents refer states that Horton builds wealth for its homeowners. Jack-hammering the foundation to fix a defect forever devalues my home. Your reconstruction offers are unacceptable. You have my proposed resolution (which is also supported by Horton’s company and Federally-filed documents. I remain ready to resolve the matter when Horton is.

For those who may be wondering who the courageous nameless faceless poster with the boilerplate responses is, it is Horton’s vice president of customer care, Phil Lotti. The dreaded “reply all” strikes again. It appears that Horton has the same attention to detail with emails that it does with building houses.
