Living for yourself is only natural. Our tears, our sadness, our joy, and our anger—it all belongs to us. To take responsibility for our lives, we ultimately have to make our own choices. In the end, we can only live for ourselves. But... Have you ever felt it? That moment when you lent a hand to someone, and they gave you a heartfelt "thank you"? In that second, didn't you feel a spark of genuine joy? It wasn't for you, yet by acting for someone else, you were the one who felt healed.
