@driver61d1 When was the RC interview where he was drinking a large bottle of Green Mountain water?

For more context, this is not the first time Keurig is being sued for holding a monopoly. It appears they were sued in the past and while litigation for Direct Purchasers (stores like BBBY) is still ongoing, the Indirect Purchasers (retail customers) received a $31 million settlement in late 2020. The Direct Purchasers were seeking a class certification against Keurig to the tune of $3+ billion. Their class certification was struck down but they are allowed to proceed separately. This lawsuit is an extreme wild card that could net DK-Butterfly anywhere from tens of millions of dollars in damages to even hundreds of millions in damages if not billions. robinskaplan.com/experience/keu…

$BBBYQ Antitrust Litigation (Monopolizing Trade) pacermonitor.com/public/case/64… Keurig was served on 5/21 with an answer due by 😏 6/11 for the BBB estate's antitrust lawsuit. This is an incredibly catalyst for recovery, targeting massive trebled damages over $1B+ in K-Cup purchases! ☕️

DK-Butterfly (BBBY) launches a new antitrust lawsuit against Keurig Green Mountain with a demand for jury trial. From Oct 2012 to March 2023, BBBY purchased over $1 billion K-Cups from Keurig. BBBY alleges that they were overcharged due to Keurig holding a monopoly in the Compatible Cup Market and Single Serve Brewer Market. The amount in damages are TBD. I uploaded the complaint to Court Listener: courtlistener.com/docket/7335119…

@gorebath6666 israel will collapse before 2030. They know it and that's why jewish tourists are burning down Patagonia. They're prepping Argentina as their new refuge.

DK-Butterfly (BBBY) is requesting from the court to push out the deposition of Ryan Cohen's Expert Witness to July 2026. Ryan Cohen's counsel refused to agree and wants to proceed with the original scheduled deposition on May 28, 2026.

'O' Token order book is up but executions don't start until May 26. Interesting Bid Ask spread. I think it'll drop closer to the $10 mark.

PAID STOCK BASHER EXPOSES HIMSELF POSTING FROM THE DTCC'S OFFICE IN 2007! Thanks to the efforts of @PatrickByrne who spent over 2 decades exposing the corruption and naked short selling schemes by Wall Street and his investigative journalist friend named Judd Bagley we have proof of a psychotic stock basher named @gary_weiss posting from inside the DTCC. In short, there is a well established connection with Gary and one of his online personas "Mantanmoreland." Under this username, he would hijack and nefariously edit any Wikipedia article that mentioned Patrick Byrne, Overstock, naked short selling, and himself, Gary Weiss. He slipped up when making a series of edits on an article as for all of them but one, he was logged in under his "Mantanmoreland" account. When you make an edit while not signed in, Wikipedia attributes the edit to your IP address and well that IP just happens to belong to the DTCC. Are some of the paid stock bashers, like @PlatnumSparkles @sunnycorax (Sean Tabor), @thatgirltrader (Amy), and Vinegar Donut (Tony Dong) in the #GME/#BBBY/BYON/MMTLP community (and whatever else I missed) also secretly working for the DTCC in 2025? JUST IN: 🇺🇸 SEC delays plan to allow blockchain-based tokenized stocks.

Today, the Overstock tokens were issued with 91,374 tokens sold to 258 investors (assuming every application was accepted) for a total of $466,520. On average, each investor bought ~354 tokens at a price $5.10 (more people bought at the exclusive BYON shareholder price of $5 than $10). If Overstock does $1.5 billion in net revenue by June 2026, that translates to a $5 Royalty Fee per sold token costing BYON about $456,870 for the current issued tokens. For a $5 royalty to yield 5% would price the token at $100. You can read more on it here: x.com/driver61d1/sta… Per Regulation CF, trading on the secondary market on Tzero ATS cannot occur until 1 year from issuance, so May 23, 2026 (there's a few specific exceptions). What's next @marcuslemonis? #digitaldividend
