@VipsMDMEd I think its ok for a consultant to ask if you read their note AND it’s ok to say you didn’t read it. We can’t be expected to be sitting by the computer waiting for a note update all day. Conversation is best to allow for discussion also!

When other people are suffering, a common barrier to compassion is the fear of overstepping our bounds. It's better to give too much and risk some awkwardness than to give too little and leave people without care and support. When in doubt, err on the side of kindness.
