Reached a new level of pandemic broken today when my son’s daycare teacher asked if she could’ve gotten Covid from her booster shot, after disclosing she was symptomatic but wouldn’t have her test results for 3-7 days. A failure of education. A failure of infrastructure.

Happy to say that I am finally a Dr!!! I submitted my dissertation on Tuesday and gave my finishing talk yesterday. So grateful to my advisor @cboettig and my lab mates @milliechapma and @Ben_R_Goldstein for seeing me through to the end.
