@LloydsBank If you cannot answer a call in under 20 minutes, it is not because you are “exceptionally busy”. It is because you have chosen not to not staff your customer service centre properly. Your attitude to your customers is noted.

@LloydsBank I am calling you precisely because what I need can NOT be done on your mobile app. Keeping me waiting 15 minutes to answer a call, whilst repeatedly telling me that I have the option of going online when in fact I don’t, is not good customer service.
