@drkeverett Sorry to hear of the issues experienced Kate, does the Service Status Checker offer an estimated fix time currently? virg.in/service / 0800 561 0061
@virginmedia Things right now are still rubbish. Day 5 of no access, 3 working days without WiFi which is directly impacting business, £9 refund a day is a disgrace. If anybody out there wishes to suggest an alternative, reliable provider, please let me know.
@drkeverett Hi Kate, we're sorry to see this is ongoing for you. Any fix times noted are only estimates based on the information we have at the time. 😔 Whilst we work hard to meet them, sometimes we need to extend them and this is unavoidable. How are things now? Keep us posted.
