Community Tokens There's a reason Community comes first There's a reason it's not called Token Communities The community already exists before the token The token has a home, an audience, and a reason to exist from day one Today, every @jup_studio project that just opened their @drip_haus channel will join us to talk about what we're building together x.com/i/spaces/1vJpP…

grow some $balls @jup_studio at its finest

I no longer run Jupiter's launch vertical (and have not been for some time) which has been taken over by the very capable @bitcnoi and supported by @SatchelZouki, as announced at CL. Some thoughts though - because the post below does nail a number of things. Studio was originally conceived as a platform for creators to launch low-stakes coins. The idea is that launching a coin shouldn't be difficult or high-touch. Specifically, that every coin regardless of market cap is equally valid, as long as there is a community behind it. Where I think we made some missteps was not realizing that we were entering a seriously dog-eat-dog world. Call it arrogance, call it miscalculation, but we entered the launchpad space thinking it was a PvE environment when it was actually aggressively PvP. And despite realizing it was aggressively PvP, we continued to try to play a PvE game, which I once called 'bringing a dildo to a gunfight'. We made mistakes trying to go against the conventional 'memecoin' wisdom. We supported coins which we didn't have 'supply control' over, only to have those coins dumped on us. We didn't 'harvest liquidity' to paint the chart. We initially crowdsourced the Studio account (that's why it seemed so schizo) only to realize the 'committed contributors' were using the account for their own ends. We went above and beyond to coordinate and finance community and marketing efforts, only for that work to be spun into something else. The fact is that this created a Catch-22 situation for the team. Say nothing, and people complain about a lack of support. Say anything at all, and it gets screenshotted and spun into something that it isn't. Do nothing, and receive complaints. Do things, and have people impute responsibility onto us for a coin. Perhaps in a different environment our initial approach would have worked better. An environment where an abundance mindset persists over the current scarcity mindset (which is inevitable in a bear market). The idea was to build stuff together - which I think meow made incredibly clear. What actually happened was people going 'yo look meow is building' in order to then immediately dump their bags on whoever bought as a result. Our action or support, both financial and social, enriched only those who misrepresented our actions to others to immediately rotate into the next narrative, leaving angry holders screaming at teams (both the community leads and Studio) for promises they never made. It really isn't all bad though and there have been some absolute gems coming out of Studio. From art to games to niche tech and uhhh... esoteric communities, there are many projects and communities that would not have existed on any platform apart from Studio. We do in fact have many tokens and communities that continue to matter to each other, regardless of market price. So all things considered, perhaps the existence of these communities themselves vindicate our 'just treat everyone with an open palm' approach. Studio was never intended as a for-profit enterprise and indeed, the treasure is the friends we made along the way. And as per @mic_on_studio's post, we have been and will continue to support long-term aligned brands and teams, although that torch has now passed to @bitcnoi who has proved his capability, judgment and integrity since he joined Jupiter in June last year.

Appreciate the compliment but gotta say this ain’t it. Jupiter is not weak in the slightest, and has heavily backed us lmao, 25% of the supply now is no joke. + all the support through the migration, + working so closely with me at the beginning and giving us some pretty insane promotion. They never said they were going to ‘crime shit’ people just made up that they would and got mad when they didn’t. Do unique, funny, cool shit, and you get support for it. $MM built an incredible bot and got funding for it, $yabai & $bubble created an incredible plan for a party at Met Dhabi and it was funded. $steve wanted to do some unique airdrops of in game items and the jupmobile team spent 2 days integrating it. All the LP’s for the strongest CTO’s were BOUGHT from the original scammers (because why tf would they give them away for free). I can only imagine how expensive buying the $uranus LP that generated 500,000$ in a month must have been because it would take a hell of a lot to make someone let go of that. Studio last week made 10,000$ in fees. In the last week they’ve funded 25,000$ in merchandise and 25,000$ in subsiding hotels and flights for studio projects. They also gave quite a huge portion of their venue space to studio. Great IRL event ideas they have funded, drone shows, coordinated sky writing across new york, giant billboards in Korea for $uranus. For those asking ‘when are fees going back to studio’ it’s been happening you just aren’t looking. For those who like marketing you’ve got these massive worldwide events, for those who want token injections you have 6 figure LP pools for $uranus and 25% of the supply bought up for $balls They didn’t create any of the coins on here, they don’t manage any of the coins on here. I’ve even seen people accusing Satchel of being a rugger?? My guy has worked harder for a bag he has no obligation to push for than i’ve ever seen before lmao. They want to work with long term aligned brands, so stop having this super short mindset of ‘crime pump or it’s a rug’ and start thinking about how to shape your brand to sell itself instead of expecting someone else to sell it for you. The support is merely a booster to your work, it should not be a replacement for your work. The support is a bonus for aligned brands with Studios goals, not the sole reason something should be successful just because you launched there. It’s a permissionless launchpad, Jupiter did nothing to make you launch there, you chose to, they owe you nothing yet still put a lot into it. They aren’t pumpfun, they aren’t bonk. Stop crying and bitching at the one group that’s tried to save your bags, and focus on the actual problems. Like investing in coins massively controlled by unreliable groups, like investing in projects who have 0 plans, like investing in projects that stopped making any unique content months ago. Jupiter did not kill studio. The mentality that Jupiter Crime is the only thing that will run studio coins is what is slowly killing it. So change the mentality, or everything goes to 0. this long ass post was made on very little sleep lmao, averaging 2 hours a night over cat lumpurr has killed my brain cells lmao, sorry if i’ve repeated some shit or some points are overly long. So much drama about irrelevant shit while 90%+ of tokens haven’t put more than one brain cell into their content creation in half a year. Retardio.

My biggest L $URANUS But I don't regret holding $JUP at all cause i know where it's going in the upcoming years Lost over $230k + in Uranus Yeah, you can laugh 😂 I hate to say this but JUP STUDIO has never been the top priority of Jupiter Even Uranus is going to pump hard; it's not going to make me feel good at all. I waited and waited and waited... But today we are at 2m, I mean WTF bro Asking the CTO of Uranus When is it going to pump? Just tell me I'm really curious about opinions

I’ve been nothing but extremely supportive to $URANUS since the start. Now after expressing my concerns around the below post as a comment, they’ve hidden my post so that others don’t see my comment. I’ve seen shady shit before but not like this. Send any coin that thinks it’s cool to align to child trafficking rigs to zero. I will not be providing any support to $URANUS, send it to zero.
