The educational landscape has been shifting under teachers all year, which is why having a digital ELA program like @StudySync has been so useful. Instead of designing every lesson from the ground up, teaches can focus their energy on engaging w/students #StudySyncCoaches

It's important to be honest about the "pain points" teachers are feeling so coaching is targeted & productive. We have to help teachers to mitigate or eliminate those pain points in our work together. That's impossible if we are not honest about the challenges. #StudySyncCoaches

Helping teachers develop a "lead learner" mentality is key. I remind the #teachers I coach that they are the lead learner in a classroom which means they should model experimentation, risk-taking & revision. Students need to see that life-long learning in action #StudySyncCoaches
