@DebraLefebvre I have a similar story. A 92 year old neighbor with NO FAMILY released from a Toronto hospital on CHRISTMAS EVE with no supports in place. Extremely frail and can’t even take her medication independently. She knocked on my door -a complete stranger- and asked for help.

94yo patient said he didn’t deserve to be treated this way. He took my hand, & in tears, said he worked hard all his life & now needed to be looked after. Hospitals have no beds for his comfort. Over capacity. He lost his dignity. These are “mild” effects of Omicron. It’s awful.
