@Motawif_SA Not only did we complain with them writing everything down, but we also went to ministry of hajj and umrah. What is wrong with these people?
@Motawif_SA Especially since Motawif has all my info from the start of purchasing the Platinum Plus package which cost close to $30K, and they failed to provide any type of proper and professional assistance.
@Motawif_SA Every Motawif rep we encountered at the airport, train station, hotels, etc., we let them know our complaints and provided our personal information too. Now if they lost our info or failed to do their job, then I shouldn’t be denied some refund.
@Motawif_SA I contacted Motawif (now Nusak) by email to inquire about receiving a refund. The respondent said that there is no refund for us because there is no form submitted…..What! After everything we went through we were left to fiend for ourselves.
@Motawif_SA Hello fellow Muslims, I was told by a friend that I met during Hajj 2022/ Hajj 1443H (we went from 7/1 - 7/20/22) that they are receiving a refund for their inconvenience. We all dealt with chaos and inconvenience.
