It's been confirmed the email was sent not automated but by one of your staff. Can't even blame a computer for this one, maybe they should have read the job ticket properly especially when "deceased" is in the subject of my email with the death certificate.
@SMARTYMobileUK absolutely appalled by your recent customer service. I ask for my deceased parent's account to be removed from my group and who do you email to confirm you've done as they asked, my parent's email address.

@MartinSLewis Are banking perks taxable? Switching payments, Nationwide's £100 and there's an advert on TV by a financial institution offering 3% cashback for investing.
@LloydsBank Thanks but that doesn't help. It's not a matter of knowing my current & available figures, it's about checking account transactions against receipts and checking against my own transaction list. A pending total would help.

Credit card transactions will usually appear as pending in the app. You’ll also see both a current balance and an available balance. Always refer to the available balance, as this is the most up-to-date figure.^Joanne
@LloydsBank Feature request for your banking app, I use it for a credit card. Please add 2 more balances in the summary as well as the total - Pending balance and Confirmed balance. Would help quickly track new (pending) transactions.

@GreggsOfficial recently used Octopus code for coffee & a donut. Coffee was free with the code and I paid for donut but told it doesn't count towards a sweet treat reward because they can only use one code per order. They used to put it through as 2 orders, change in policy?

@MartinSLewis FSCS 85K gu'tee. How are the figures worked out if we have, with one institution, a joint acct and individual savings accts? Is my amount 50% of joint plus my savings? Is it 170K for all the accounts we hold jointly & individually?
@VodafoneUK Hi Ollie, sorry but won't be messaging. The emails are intended to get me to upgrade (and sign up another 2 years), but missing the basic facts they've had the opposite impact. Plenty of new providers in my area in last 2 years offering faster & cheaper deals.
@VodafoneUK You email to say my broadband price goes up in 4 days. You give me the formula, not the amount. You give me a link to see my options. You still don't give me the amount. I'll stick out the increase until my minimum term ends then I'm gone. Awful customer service.
