Moreover, this is bad for collectors and here’s why: 1️⃣ Fanatics monopolization Without @Whatnot, Fanatics can defraud more consumers via Fanatics Live. This is attributed to the following facts: — 1. Fanatics does not properly report hit/winning chance or probability, and — 2. Fanatics further skews consumer-odds-of-winning via back-door allocation. Now, Fanatics will fully control sports card distribution — or, the lack there-of-it. 2️⃣ Less sales channels Yes, every sales channel has issues. For example, eBay and eBay Live enabled Probstein to shill and defraud the consumers for years. Also, that fraud was allowed by a publicly-traded company (eBay). So, if regulated and public markets are fraudulent, does legal-procedures in a private-market mean anything? No, they do not. 3️⃣ Stop normalizing bad behavior The issue in the Whatnot complaint is not a corporate one, it’s a personal one (ie. a lack of self-control). Furthermore, mystery and repacks also exist on eBay and Fanatics Live. So, the legal filing should have also named eBay, eBay Live, Fanatics, Fanatics Live and GameStop (ex. Power Packs) too. Also, an argument could have been made to include Collectors (BGS/PSA/SGC), as their consumer-facing marketing includes promoting mystery and repacks. Was it rising before your $4,000,000 estimate pre-auction (screenshot attached of your own data), or after Logan, I mean the anonymous Polymarket account bet that the auction would cross $15,000,000? Coincidentally, aligning one-to-one with this latest content push. I’m personally shocked that you estimated the card $4,000,000 pre-auction, despite Logan buying it for $5,300,000. My bet is that: 1. The card’s already sold privately 2. The sale is not just for the card, it’s cash for equity (ex. “a SAFE”) in Logan’s newly announced breaking company or a connected one, and 3. 🏆🏁💥 @F1Movie II idea 💥🏁🏆 "F1: The Movie," was an instant classic. Moreover, I believe it can be a franchise — like: Rocky. On that note, below's my version for Part II. And, a story-line that I believe could work: 1️⃣ Sony’s character arch In Baja, Sony’s character, as a racer, comes full circle; however, his time as Team Principal's just beginning. In Part II, Sony’s challenge mirror’s Top Gun's Maverick. The “elite student” turned “teacher,” or so @APXgpF1Team and Ruben hope. 2️⃣ Sony’s replacement After dominating @NASCAR, and fresh off a win at @IndyCar, Cole Trickle’s final challenge remains: winning @F1. While his name’s "not Andretti or Unser", Trickle’s climbed to the top of American racing. Now, will his aggressive “rubbing’s racing” style of driving fit the grid? 3️⃣ Cole’s character arch After a hot start at the @ausgrandprix and Chinese GP’s, Trickle’e ego creates tension between him and the team. Despite his aggressive-style, his former Rally team-mate and Team Principal (Sony) warn Cole about the dangers of an F1 vs. a stock car. At the Suzuka Circuit (@suzuka_event), Trickle bites it the hard way — and, faces demons of the past (Daytona and Rowdy Burns crash) before regaining his confidence. 4️⃣ JP’s growth After a season with Sony, JP’s at the top of his game. But, the arrival of Cole creates a Prost vs. Senna-like tension in the paddock. As tensions grow, JP’s faced with an opportunity to join @MercedesAMG mid-season due to a catastrophic accident caused by Cole — giving JP the chance to fill @LewisHamilton's shoes, post his departure to @ScuderiaFerrari. 5️⃣ Sony’s return JP’s departure leaves an open seat; moreover, with three-fourths of the season remanning, Sony convinces Ruben to let him back in the seat. Leaving Kate as Team Principal, and juggling her relationship with Sony and the incessant antagonization, and flirting, from Cole. 6️⃣ What’s next? After winning F1, Sony retires — again. And, as the movie concludes, a new driver emerges. But, “it’s a girl?” Yes, it’s @f1academy and Ferrari-supported driver: Alba Larsen (@OfficialMPteam).

Can the @Fanatics Board of Directors oust Michael Rubin already — the company, its products and services, growth strategies, and partner network have proven to be fraudulent, mediocre, and consistently misleading to the collector/consumer. According to Fanatics website, these are the people that invoke change at the board-level: Vice Chairman: @michaelrconn CFO: @SchiffmanGlennH Board member: @Mildenhall Board member: @GeraldStorch But will they? Likely not, because they're all compromised too. For example, another Fanatics Board Member, Trevor Edwards, was appointed after being let-go by Nike for creating a harmful working environment (attached).
