Ryan Flournoy cleared waivers after Dallas released him on August 28, so he re-signed to their practice squad. The rest of the NFL missed on having him through 2027 at league minimum. The deal he signed to return to Dallas' 53-man roster runs through 2026. He's an RFA in 2027.

Citizens can be temporarily detained if they're unable to prove their citizenship when questioned by ICE.
