McCallie takes the series on a huge 2-out, 2-run double from Wallace Gibson in the bottom of the 6th. Hudson Calhoun struck out 11 in 5 IP. Nolan Bernard picked up the win, striking out 5 of 6 in two perfect innings of relief.

After consecutive late nights and disappointing results, the process continues this morning. Saturday morning practice and lift as we prepare to open up region play on Monday in Knoxville vs. Catholic.

The 24th Annual Scenic City Classic begins today at McCallie. Come check out some great high school baseball over the next 3 days.

It’s finally Opening Day! McCallie opens the 2023 season and the 24th Annual Scenic City Classic against East Hamilton. 1st Pitch is scheduled for 4:30 at the newly renovated Kenny Sholl Stadium.

No one has worked harder to make this happen. Congratulations to Ben! And congratulations to Asbury on getting such a fine young man in their program.
