Updated Rio Hondo Baseball Design Hellas will begin to remove the baseball fence tomorrow Fri. May 8th. Rio Hondo HS will feature a turf baseball field in 2027. The baseball program was established in 1988 - Home of the Bobcats.

Country music singer Morgan Wallen is set to donate $1.2 million to Gibbs High School 🍊 Wallen, who attended Gibbs over a decade ago in Corryton, Tennessee, is donating the money for upgrades to the baseball facilities on campus. If approved by the Knox County Commission, the high school’s baseball and softball programs would receive a state-of-the-art upgrade. The top-charting artist was a member of Gibbs’ 2010 state title and the field was renamed “Morgan Wallen Field” in 2025. This is awesome 👏
