this happened to me in kindergarten. 3 boys cornered me and kept trying to touch my face and play with my hair and get really close to me.
i kicked all 3 in the 'no no' zone and got suspended.
mom took me to get the biggest blizzard she could at dairy queen :)

One of my students (5yo boy) and his 6yo friend chased a 5yo girl at school today. Then, they held her hands down and kissed her without consent. She slapped both in response. The school suspended the 5-year-old girl.

think of it like when you are over ilvl gear when youre in a previous expansion dungeon. it syncs down!
this instead syncs up!
but it will be the _gear ur wearing_.
so BiS still matters, materias still matter, just a boost :)

In 8.0 players will be able to sync all their jobs to the highest item level of equipment they own. So if you're max item level on one, you can sync your other jobs to that same ilvl #FFXIV
