Hello Market league, Quants league, DTray Fintech LLP, I am writing to request a full refund of Rs. 4998 for two tickets I purchased for the Chennai investor submission event, initially scheduled for October. The event was first postponed to December and has now been canceled and rescheduled twice by Market League. Additionally, I have concerns regarding the credibility of the company, as it is neither registered with SEBI but affiliated with Money control, as claimed. It has now been nearly six months since my payment, and I have not received any updates regarding a new event date. I sent an email a week ago inquiring about the situation, but I have yet to receive a response. Given the considerable delays and lack of communication, I kindly request a full refund of Rs. 4998, as detailed below. I have provided proof of the UPI ID for both payments bye email. In accordance with regulations, I request that the refund be processed to the same account used for the original payment. I would appreciate it if the refund could be processed within the next 48 hours. If not, I will have no choice but to request interest at a rate of 18% per annum on the refund amount.
