@PierrePoilievre Let me just get this straight. The CBC is underfunded for what it needs to do by politicians. When they’re forced to meet a lower budget, they HAVE to lay people off to meet that budget. When they do that, the same politicians blame them having to let people go. Not cool.

@PierrePoilievre Getting upset about bonuses is a SOUND BITE but not deep thinking, nor fair. If I work at a company and my pay is X as a base plus Y for achieving a stated goal, you can’t just not pay Y when the goal is met. That’s unfair, likely illegal, and should be obvious. Cheap shot.

@PierrePoilievre This is a BAD idea. One of the biggest problem facing modern democracies is disinformation propagated through social media from either uninformed people, corporate agenda manipulation, or unfriendly foreign powers. Independent media outlets like the CBC are GOOD for democracy.
