@realpristinecap @JoeCool_15 OR this shows that the EO was meaningless distraction and Trump doesn't consider this an actual priority at all.
English

@JoeCool_15 My biggest takeaway from monitoring the rescheduling process, is that many of these government agencies have minds of their own, and operate independently of the will of the people, and of the president. Pretty alarming stuff

“Rather, the process is a complicated one and attorneys on the case are methodically working on the matter.”
It’s actually not complicated to complete reclassification (see below).
DEA had chance for a hearing and they were caught with their pants down colluding with Prohibitionist groups.
DOJ continues to do what they’ve always done- stall and obstruct.

@marclanders "which comes into force in a couple of weeks"
We'll see.

Allowing cannabis with THC to be funded by Medicare, which comes into force in a couple of weeks, may speed things up. Maintaining cannabis in S1, meaning it has no medicinal value, while the government funds it for that reason, makes no sense - and they know it.
"“I see the timing as imminent, Dr. Oz made it clear that CBD for Medicare will be available April 15, and we are getting very close to that date,” Cohodes said."

Change of heart regarding legalizing weed from Canada’s Conservatives, when talking to Americans?
“The Conservatives, including Polievre, not only voted against the bill that legalized and regulated cannabis in Canada, but also opposed the process at every step, refusing to even improve or refine the bill during a series of House Committee hearings as it made its way through Parliament.”

Apparently @PierrePoilievre is in favour of legal cannabis. “That’s my philosophy" @CPC_HQ stratcann.com/insight/conser…

@marissenmark Poilievre agreeing cannabis should be legal on Rogan aligns perfectly with trusting adults over nanny-state control. Conservatives opposed Trudeau’s 2018 heavy-taxed, corporate-favoring regime that kept black markets booming into 2026 with sky-high prices and endless red tape. No flip-flop: rejecting bad implementation isn’t rejecting freedom. Your quote cherry-picks while ignoring how Liberal overregulation failed real choice and empowered cartels instead of markets. Liberal democracy means less coercion, not more state monopolies disguised as progress.

@ggrmcd @PierrePoilievre @joerogan Yup, and it was Justin Trudeau, who both Poilievre and Rogan have issues with, that legalized it.
