It was an exceptional case with so many stones in one bladder, although few stones specially in neurogenic bladders are seen quite commonly , secondary to poor bladder function in such cases. Thankfully we could do it successfully with all the stones removed.

@yaar_musafirr @hemantrajora_ @isic_online ऐसे मरीज़ों में, जिनका मूत्राशय नसों की कमजोरी के कारण ठीक से काम नहीं कर पाता,उसमें से यूरिन पूरी तरह से नहीं निकल पाता।ऐसे में बचा हुआ यूरिन गाढ़ा होता जाता है और फिर वह पत्थर का रूप ले लेता है।धीरे धीर ऐसे कई पत्थर बन जाते हैं जो इन्फ़ेक्शन और गुर्दे की ख़राबी का कारण बनते है।
