इस बार किसी कारणवश छठ पूजा में अपने घर नहीं जा पा रहा हूँ, क्योंकि 28 अक्टूबर को पेरिस और स्पेन पार्लियामेंट में मेरा कार्यक्रम निर्धारित है। दिल तो आज भी नोनी में , माटी की खुशबू और सूर्यदेव को अर्घ्य देने वाली उस आस्था में है… पर कभी-कभी कर्तव्य भी पूजा से कम नहीं होता।

I am talking about none other than Dr. Himanshu Rai, Director of IIM Indore, whose remarkable session left a lasting impression on me. His clarity of thought, depth of knowledge, and engaging delivery during the session on Negotiation Skills for the IIM Executive program here in Dubai was simply outstanding. The way he explained complex aspects of negotiation—blending theory with real-world examples—was not only insightful but also inspiring. It was a reminder that great leaders are also exceptional teachers who can simplify the toughest subjects and ignite curiosity in their audience.
